Our Sales Operations and Inventory team are looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to support the Sales Operations team in maintaining optimum stock levels in all Divisions. This is a 12-month fixed term contract with the possibility to extend. The role will be responsible for managing data and reporting across the team. Part time applications will also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations team through preparing reports, managing data and tracking reprints, providing information for Divisions where required
  • Update warehouse and stock management systems with relevant reprint codes
  • Deal with queries business wide regarding stock availability
  • Check customer orders and manage returns requests
  • Analyse stock reports and suggest forward stock requirements

Key Skills/Experience

  • Significant administrative experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Analytical and strong commercial awareness
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop productive working relationships with relevant stakeholders
