We produce resources for UK and International curricula to support teachers and pupils at school and outside the classroom environment.

Collins Learning is looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join their Schools Sales and Marketing team. They will give timely logistical and administrative support to the sales team so they can maximise their effectiveness in the field. The role also assists the marketing team with marketing, events and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • General and personal administrative support to the Sales Managers and Sales & Marketing Director.
  • Main in-house contact for the sales team, troubleshooting and liaising across departments to resolve any issues and queries promptly and effectively, especially any IT issues and product queries.
  • Preparing all administrative aspects of inductions for new reps, including sourcing all IT equipment and car stock, organising travel and accommodation and arranging training sessions with Publishers and Marketing as relevant.
  • Maintaining systems
  • Providing key reports and analysis for the sales & marketing team
  • Event management, of sales meetings and the annual sales conference, managing all administrative aspects from sourcing venues to co-ordinating the production of sales packs
  • Logistical and administrative support for external events, working with the Events Manager and the marketing team, including booking venues, organising delivery of materials, designing exhibition materials, manning exhibition stands, liaising with sales to communicate and follow up leads and opportunities
